Administrative Staff
City Administrator: |
The City Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the City of Frontenac, including oversight of all city departments including Administration, Fire, Police, Building, and the Public Works Department. |
City Clerk/Interim City Administrator: |
As custodian of records, the City Clerk stores and maintains all legal and official city records and documents belonging to the City of Frontenac, as well as the minutes and agendas for all City meetings. Additionally, requests for information should be directed to the City Clerk. |
Finance Officer: |
The Finance Officer oversees the City of Frontenac's financial matters and transactions, including financial policies, cash receipts, cash disbursements, payroll functions, cash management, investments, and monthly reporting. The Finance Officer also serves as the liaison to the Ways and Means Committee. |
Administrative Assistant: |
The Administrative Clerk provides administrative assistance to the Building and Stormwater Departments and collaborates with the City Administrator and City Clerk on all organizational functions within City Hall. |
The City Administration staff also oversees the refuse contract. Questions concerning trash, recycling or yard waste collection can be answered during the hours of 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday at (314) 994-3200, or in person in Frontenac City Hall at 10555 Clayton Road.
