However the development may provide an opportunity to have uses, building combinations and designs that may not be conducive of the standard zoning district. A planned district is reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Aldermen. Each planned district has a specific ordinance written for that development outlining the minimum standards for the development.
